Product DescriptionThe fixed flanged ball valve is a high-performance cutting-type valve specially designed for harsh industrial conditions. Its core structure features an upper and lower shaft-fixed ball design, which is different from the floating ball valve. Under the pressure of the medium, the ball does not undergo any axial displacement. The valve seat with a pre-tightening spring is used to achieve bidirectional sealing compensation. Connection type: Standard flange connection (compliant with ASME B16.5, GB/T 9113, etc.), supports various custom flange surfaces such as RF, RJ, FM, etc., and is suitable for industrial pipeline installation requirements.Pressure and diameter range: Covers Class 150~2500 (PN16~PN420) pressure grades, with diameters ranging from NPS 1/2" to NPS 48", and supports both full-bore / reduced-bore flow channel designs.
Material configuration: The valve body can be made of carbon steel (WCB), stainless steel (CF8/CF8M, CF3/CF3M), duplex steel, alloy steel, etc.; the valve seat can be selected as a soft seal (PTFE, RPTFE, PEEK) or a hard seal (Stellite alloy welding), suitable for different working conditions such as water, oil, natural gas, corrosive media, and media containing solid particles.
